Blister packaging is type of plastic packaging that is produce by heating the apparent white plastic sheet in the shape of bubble or pocket the blister that completely covers the product by air and surrounding atmosphere, also display product like colors and material. The plastic allows for perfect visibility of the product for the customers.

The common types of blister packaging are as follows:

Face seal blister

The face seal plastic blister is molded around the product and heat sealed from back card. The face seal plastic blister is inexpensive and is generally used for products of large volumes.



Full-face seal blister

The Full-face seal blister is not molded only around the product but also surrounding back card. This type of packaging is full sealed with plastic blister and it is completely water and heat proof. The Full-face seal blister packaging is used for strong packaging.



 

Full card blister

Trapped blister

A trapped blister pack is as same as of traditional blister pack but the blister part that sticks to the card has another piece of card in it that fits around the shape of the blister.
